Your Key Responsibilities
Information Management
- Manage data entry, formatting, proofreading, editing, proofreading of various documents and other related tasks
- Follows up appropriately on action items and deliverables with business owners and within the established timelines.
- Tracks and reports on business KPI’s
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements and assist in implement new systems.
Event Planning
- Assist in the Coordination events for internal business units and leaders
- Preparing for meetings and conferences including booking rooms, organizing catering and preparing meeting agenda and materials.
- Handle travel and lodging arrangements
Office Administration
- Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business and directs visitors to appropriate person
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones, emails, copying, and scanning documents
- General office upkeep including maintaining and preparing meeting rooms and common areas such as Kitchen and Boardrooms
- Monitoring, controlling, and ordering office supplies
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and courier packages
Your Capabilities
- Completion of Business/Administration diploma or degree or equivalent experience
- Intermediate level computer skills in MS Office products including Outlook, Business, Excel, Word, and other programs
- Proven ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment, frequently under urgent deadlines
- Exemplary organizational and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Adaptable and a quick learner who can take charge and complete tasks
- Thrives in a fast‐paced creative environment without compromising quality or missing deadlines
- Independent and performs tasks with minimal supervision
- Proactive and problem solver
