YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times;
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries;
- Communicating with customers through various channels (email and telephone);
- Acknowledging and resolving customer inquiries/complaints;
- Knowledge of service offerings to best assist the customers;
- Processing pickups, rates, tracing requests, lost freight inquiries, etc.;
- Keeping records of customer interactions through available software;
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary;
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;
- Work with sales representatives and other colleagues daily to provide the utmost service to customers.
OUR OFFER
- Full time Permanent Role
- Salary between $50000 – $55000
- Mon to Fri schedule, 8 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Group insurance after three months of Probation
- RRSP with matching employer contribution
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma required, CITT or PLOG an asset
- 1-year experience working within transportation and logistics
- Experience working in cross border transportation is a must
- Strong understanding of North American geography
- Ability to maintain a calm approach when dealing with customers
- Comfortable using multiple TMS systems in tandem
- Ability to work independently or with other representatives
- Good interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to juggle several tasks at once
- Detailed knowledge of the operations
- Good listening skills
- Bilingual is an asset
