YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times; 
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries;
  • Communicating with customers through various channels (email and telephone);
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer inquiries/complaints; 
  • Knowledge of service offerings to best assist the customers;
  • Processing pickups, rates, tracing requests, lost freight inquiries, etc.;
  • Keeping records of customer interactions through available software;
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;
  • Work with sales representatives and other colleagues daily to provide the utmost service to customers.

OUR OFFER



  • Full time Permanent Role
  • Salary between $50000 – $55000
  • Mon to Fri schedule, 8 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Group insurance after three months of Probation
  • RRSP with matching employer contribution

 

OUR REQUIREMENTS  

  • High school diploma required, CITT or PLOG an asset
  • 1-year experience working within transportation and logistics
  • Experience working in cross border transportation is a must
  • Strong understanding of North American geography
  • Ability to maintain a calm approach when dealing with customers
  • Comfortable using multiple TMS systems in tandem
  • Ability to work independently or with other representatives
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Organized with the ability to juggle several tasks at once
  • Detailed knowledge of the operations
  • Good listening skills
  • Bilingual is an asset
