- Pay Rate: between $21.73 – $24.69/hour (based on experience)
- Location: Victoria, BC
- Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexibility required to work one evening a week until 8 p.m.), as well as Saturdays (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.) on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities:
- You present the different treatments available to potential patients.
- You provide specific information on surgeries, prices and appointment scheduling.
- You manage patient questions and answer them accurately and concisely.
- You improve patient satisfaction by offering personalized consultations, building relationships, and facilitating the steps in their journey.
- You are proficient in IT tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel and EMR systems for monitoring results, reporting, monitoring tasks and managing patient-related activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
- You have extensive experience in customer service or loyalty in any relevant field (e.g., cosmetics industry, retail, banking, insurance, travel, restaurants, sports centers/gyms, etc.).
- Your experience as an account manager or sales representative is considered an asset.
- You have a desire to succeed while helping clients achieve their goals.
- You are organized, results-oriented, self-disciplined, and have excellent priority management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- You are open to travel to other clinics in the Greater Montreal Area for training and/or work needs.
- You have excellent communication skills, you speak French and are proficient in advanced intermediate level English due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our English-speaking patients.
