Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls regarding deliveries, provide accurate information, and address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Download and process orders for delivery in the system, ensuring all details are correctly entered and managed.
  • Make outbound calls for delivery and pick-up confirmations, ensuring customers are informed about their delivery schedules.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting equipment issues, providing guidance and solutions as needed.
  • Coordinate with the dispatch team for all orders from Equip, ensuring timely and accurate communication between departments.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with order management systems and basic troubleshooting of equipment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, coordinating with various departments to achieve common goals
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
