Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls regarding deliveries, provide accurate information, and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Download and process orders for delivery in the system, ensuring all details are correctly entered and managed.
- Make outbound calls for delivery and pick-up confirmations, ensuring customers are informed about their delivery schedules.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting equipment issues, providing guidance and solutions as needed.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for all orders from Equip, ensuring timely and accurate communication between departments.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
Qualifications:
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with order management systems and basic troubleshooting of equipment
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, coordinating with various departments to achieve common goals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
