Côté Jardins is a private CHSLD under agreement in the Sainte-Foy sector that offers care and services to a clientele with a loss of autonomy. Our main mission is to create a warm living environment for our 281 residents, as well as for our employees.

• OIIQ permit
• Completed diploma in nursing (technical DEC or BAC)
• Experience with a geriatric clientele with loss of autonomy (an asset)
• Leadership, autonomy and team spirit developed! Duties and Responsibilities:

– Evaluate the physical and mental condition of residents;
– Exercising the supervision necessary to ensure the safety and quality of resident care;
– Make decisions about nursing care and treatment or according to a collective prescription;
– Create and maintain interactions between the family and the resident in order to promote their involvement in decision-making;
– Keeping track of information;
– Exercise the role of coach with the members of the care team (ensure the quality of care, exercise clinical leadership, act as a resource person, encourage the motivation of the employees under his responsibility and support them as needed, both personally and professionally).
