Responsibilities:
- Answer approximatively 50-60 calls per day (no sales nor calling clients for non-payment)
- Handle all incoming calls and emails for Personal Lines & Commercial Lines
- Modify billing methods and banking information
- Transaction and application of credit card payments
- Reinstatement of cancelled policies based on approved guidelines
What you need to succeed:
- Bilingual (English and French)
- 1-2 years of Call Center experience
- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a proactive work environment
- Rapidity, organization, and precision
- Good logical thinking and of analysis
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Flexibility when facing changes
