Alumnae and Community Engagement Officer

Adecco is currently seeking an Alumnae & Community Engagement Officer for a Temporary to permanent role. The position offers a competitive salary of $27 – $33.65 per hour, dependent on experience. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing and executing alumnae relations programs, organizing events, and fostering a culture of philanthropy within the alumnae community.

• Pay rate: $27-$33.65 /hour, dependent on experience.
• Location: Oakville, ON
• Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:00pm
• Job type: Temporary to permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities: As the Alumnae & Community Engagement Officer, you will:

• Plan and execute alumnae events, both in-person and virtual.
• Develop outreach programs and publications to keep alumnae informed and engaged.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve fundraising targets.
• Implement strategies to optimize alumnae engagement using technology.
• Maintain regular communication with alumnae through various channels.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have:

• A post-secondary graduation in a relevant program.
• 1-3 years of experience in alumnae affairs, event planning, fundraising, or communications.
• Knowledge of alumnae relations and fundraising best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Raiser’s Edge.
• Flexibility for occasional evening/weekend work and travel.
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
