Adecco is actively recruiting a full-time Electrical & Instrumentation Frontline Supervisor to join our esteemed client, a prominent gas and oil company located in Lloydminster, SK / AB. This role requires individuals with a strong background in electrical and instrumentation, along with a comprehensive understanding of electrical codes, standards, principles, and procedures.

- Shifts: 9 days on and 5 days off | 10 hours/day

- Free training programs Responsibilities:
- Work on Pre-Mobilization Work and Pre-Bid including participating in bid document assembly and contractor bid reviews
- Participate in project execution planning (design reviews, model review, CWP development, etc)
- Actively learn, participate and verify adherence to Safety Management System
- Identify and participate in project risk assessments
- Participate in quality-related activities (ITP reviews, turnover package verifications, quality audits and walkdowns)
- Participate in the development and management of project schedules
- Understand contractor/vendor schedule, and its role up into project schedules
- Work with Contractor and CCMT members to develop and accept schedule recovery plans
- Review and accept contractor/vendor LEMs (verification of hours, people & equipment – not rates)
- Review and recommend resolution for technical and contractual issues
- Accurately identify and communicate risk (Safety, Quality, Cost, Schedule) management
- Coordinate work with required CVE stakeholders (Example: Operations, Drilling, Completions, Regulatory, etc.)
- Provide daily progress/risk / look ahead reporting
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with CCMT peers and functional team members
- Active participation in the toolbox, coordination and communication meetings
- Maintain daily journal/log, recording key conversations & information. Qualifications:
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
- Red seal Journeyman Electrician or Instrumentation OR Diploma in electrical or instrumentation technology is a must
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience as an electrical or instrumentation field coordinator
- Strong working knowledge of electrical codes, standards, principles, and procedures is a must
- Experience in installing High voltage switch gear, control systems, VFDs & DCS in Greenfield & Brownfield Environments is required
- Supervisory experience is an asset.
- PMP or other formal project administration training is beneficial.
