Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in managing staff and providing guidance as needed
– Conduct interviews and participate in the recruiting process
– Supervise cashiers and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
– Oversee pricing strategies and monitor sales performance
– Utilize POS systems for transactions and inventory management
– Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing
– Support in developing marketing initiatives to drive business growth
Requirements:
– Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment
– Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
– Proficiency in sales techniques and market trends
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
